Our Wedding Day―06.02.12―was the happiest day of our lives. I spent fifteen months dreaming & planning & hoping and then… it was here. The reality of the day exceeded our expectations beyond my wildest dreams. All of my blood, sweat, and tears paid off and then some. Planning our wedding was one of the most emotionally (and at times physically) exhausting things that I have ever done. There were moments when I truly wondered if we had made a mistake. (See: Should we have just eloped?) But then the day came and it was absolutely perfect. I felt like my heart would explode with joy, love, & gratitude.
It’s official: I am a wife!
